Collect Basic Personal Information for Home Loan

Latest Notice Of Assessment

  1. Kindly log in to IRAS website with your Singpass (www.iras.gov.sg)
  2. Select ‘View Correspondence/Notices’ on the menu on the left hand side
  3. Select and click on ‘Letters/Notices’
  4. Scroll down and click on ‘Notice of Assessment xxxx‘
  5. Print out/save the Latest Notice of Assessment xxxx.

CPF Contribution History

  1. Kindly log in to CPF website with your Singpass (www.cpf.gov.sg)
  2. Select ‘My Statement’ on the menu on the left hand side
  3. Select ‘Contribution History up to the last 15 months’ under Section B, change the ‘Period’ date accordingly, and click on ‘Proceed’
  4. Print out/save this page.

CPF OA balance statement

  1. Kindly log in to CPF website with your Singpass (www.cpf.gov.sg)
  2. Select ‘My Statement’ on the menu on the left hand side
  3. Print out/save this page.

HDB statement from HDB website

  1. Kindly log in to HDB website with your Singpass (www.hdb.gov.sg)
  2. Select ‘My Flat’ on the menu on the main page
  3. Under ‘Purchased Flat’, select and click on ‘Financial info’ on the menu on the left hand side
  4. - It should reflect that you do not own any HDB,
  5. - or else It’ll show the loan info (to click on ‘Statement of Account’ and run the latest year statement which shows the monthly instalment amount).
  6. Print out/save these pages.

IRAS property view account summary

  1. Kindly log in to IRAS website with your Singpass (www.iras.gov.sg)
  2. Select ‘View Account Summary’ on the menu on the left hand side
  3. Print out/save this page.
